Cabbiolo GR 449m

The tiny village of CABBIOLO (450 m a. s. l.) lies peacefully among the majestic mountains of the Southern Alps.
Due to its central location, it is an ideal starting point for forays to the rugged mountainous north, as well as to the milder, culturally diversified South.
The Misox (Mesolcina) is one of the four Italian-speaking southern valleys of Graubünden. However, the mild climate, the richly varied vegetation and the latin culture are more typical of the neighbouring Tessin.
