Churwalden GR 1229m

Churwalden is about half-way between Chur and Lenzerheide and is the perfect starting point for countless rambling and mountain biking tours. One of the highlights in Churwalden is the world’s longest toboggan run with a length of 3,100 meters, starting at Pradaschier.
In winter you have access to the skiresort Pradaschier and Lenzerheide.

The Basis Hostel is part of the Hotel Krone in Churwalden. On the first floor you find double, twin and quad rooms which are suitable for young people as well as for families, singles and groups. All rooms are equipped with shower and Toilette in the room and there is also a guest kitchen available.

Public Transport: Your reach Churwalden by Postbus from Chur, which is at the end of the line of the Swiss Federal Railways. The SBB provides excellent connections from and Zurich / Zurich-Kloten Airport, as well as the neighbouring countries to the north.

By car: Your reach Churwalden by car from Chur. Take the exit of the Highway A13 Chur South and follow the signes to Lenzerheide Churwalden.
